This pitch deck was developed following extensive market research to identify opportunities within the outdoor apparel category. The research included analyzing consumer trends, competitive brands, emerging lifestyle shifts, color and material direction, and product assortment gaps.
Using these insights, I developed a cohesive collection strategy that balanced consumer demand with business objectives. The concept focused on creating versatile, functional products that support an active outdoor lifestyle while incorporating trend-driven aesthetics, thoughtful material selections, and commercially viable price points.
The deck communicates the collection vision through consumer insights, trend direction, color palette, fabric recommendations, key silhouettes, merchandising strategy, and product storytelling. Every design decision was rooted in research, ensuring the collection aligned with market opportunities while remaining true to the brand's identity and customer expectations.
